Long coding for these seem not to be documented, so could someone with rear door puddle lights check the long coding. Other ambient lightning related issue is that, I was thinking of retrofitting puddle lights to rear doors. So what I would need to know are the correct control unit and adaptation channels (not wise to start changing values at random.) It came to my mind that one possible way to check this is, that if someone with adjustable lighting (via MMI) would adjust the brightness and with MMI check that which adaptation channel value keeps changing? iPhones are equipped with an ambient light sensor which detects light conditions from your environment and accordingly adjusts the screen brightness. Premium manufacturers in particular are incorporating ambient lighting into every current model. They are available in several versions, which differ in color (RGB) and are mounted on different places. This special equipment plays an increasingly important role in vehicles. It turns on when the ignition and the headlamps are switched on. To turn it on: Turn the center control knob until you feel a slight indent. Many tuners/tuners specialize in Ambient Light Adjustment in cars. The available Ambient Lighting feature allows you to personalize your vehicle interior. I did manage to turn it green and I liked it. Then change the 3 colour types, red, green and blue each having a colour range between 0 & 255. At least I read that someone with similar problem had manually adjusted the brightness in Audi A1. The Ambient Lighting control is located in the overhead console. First you need to allow the particular systems to be multi colour. However, I’m pretty sure that it can be adjusted, once I just find the correct channel. Select Light Source Brightness Control and press. Select the Operation menu and press Enter. Elect” but I couldn’t find anything from documented adaptation channels that would remotely refer to “brightness”. You can adjust the brightness of your projectors light source. I already did some searching under “09-Cent. If the adjustment option is not available (as it seems), what would suffice me, is that if I just could adjust the brightness manually to maximum with VCDS. However the problem is the MMI version: hidden menu does not include “car” or “cardevicelist” from where to activate the adjustment. This was the case with my previous A4 B8 and my brothers A6 C6. With this package, LEDs also illuminate the tunnel, the door pockets, and the door sill strips the center console appears to float in the effective lighting. What usually is the next step from here, is to enable the access to hidden menu and from there activate the adjustment option. The ambient light package an emotional overall orchestration is also available as an option for the A8.I have already been able to code those on with VCDS, but the lights are really dim and you can barely see those. My problem is that I want to activate the footwell lights (=ambient lightning) during driving. It has this MMI 3G low/RMC with 6.5” display. I have an Audi A6 C7 2011 with no special packages what so ever.
